Give your child the opportunity to form lasting relationships while
exploring nature everyday this summer!
JCCDC Summer camp offers three camp groups:
Section I: Camp Buddies: for children aged 2 and 3,
Section II: Explorers: children ages 3-5
Section III: Adventurer’s: elementary aged children (entering grades 1-5).
Camp runs for 8 weeks from June
30-August 22. Weekly themes include Orienteering, Woodworking, Drama, Cooking,
Weather, Music, Art, and Team Building. Our beautiful campus offers campers
opportunities to explore nature as they garden, raise beneficial insects, learn
to compost, build their own play platforms in the woods, experiment in our
outdoor science stations, add to our outdoor Music center, and explore many
mediums as they create lasting works of art. Air-conditioned indoor camp rooms
will be used as each group's base. Explorers and Adventurers will have swim
instruction or a free swim session in our indoor pool every day. Counselors will
focus on supporting group projects helping each child form lasting
relationships.
